More Momofuku Ssam
This eclectic Korean narrow haunt of many always hits the spot! David Chang really has a knack for blending wonderfully bold flavors and textures. I’m not a huge fan of sweet and savory but Chang always seems to find the right balance. I’ve been a lot, and for this quick lunch I tried two new things- the monkfish and the ham.
Pork Buns: Never disappoints!
Benton’s Ham: Good but a bit too salty.
Pork Sausage and Rice Cakes: Tasty and crispy!
Monkfish Kabocha Squash, Peekytoe Crab, Pepitas: The fish was prepared well but the squash mix was too sweet.
CHAT: You must stop by the milk bar around the corner and stock up on goodies!
