This is definitely one of my faves. Dell’Anima is very simple and chic with a “wine bar” feel, and the food is top notch!
The flavors and textures of most dishes are savory and authentic.
CHOW FAVES:
We started with the Bruschetta- one avocado, one ricotta, one pesto, walnuts and pecorino. It was simple and delicious.
Vongole with Speck: Wonderful seasonings and textures
Charred Octopus with Beans and Chorizo: Amazing! The octopus was tender, and the accompaniments blended well.
Trofie Pasta: A fantastic dish! The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the sauce and pancetta were really “the icing on the cake”!
SIP: Good wine list
CHAT: Great for lunch, dinner or brunch. And don’t fret if there’s a wait because you can chill at their wine bar next door- Anfora.
