It was hard to pin down Pos because he travels all over the world touring with De La Soul. But in the end, Pos made it happen. Come to think of it, he owed me one. Besides the fact that we’ve been friends for over 10 years, I lent my MC skills to the intro of “Declaration” (Track 10) from  “Art Official Intelligence”. Listen closely- LOL!

I knew his faves would include an eclectic mix of restaurants that span the globe. Check out Pos’ Sip, Chat, Chow Global flow:

Tricia: Favorite Sip- Restaurant that has a great wine and/or cocktail menu?

POS: China Grill in South Beach. I always go for a Patron Margarita.

Tricia: Favorite Chat- Go-To restaurant when dining with friends and/or family?

POS: When I’m in New York with my peoples, I love going to Ruby Foo’s. And I always get the Pineapple Fried Rice!

Tricia: Favorite Chow- Restaurant for Dinner?

POS: Buddha Bar in Paris. The Caramel Chicken is a must-have!

Tricia: Who would you like to go to dinner with – dead or alive?

POS: My moms! She died when I was 18. I’d love to enjoy a great meal with her expressing feelings and asking questions that I was too young to ask back then.

Tricia: What’s your favorite junk food/candy?

POS: I love Licorice. I eat the Panda brand to keep it a bit more healthy.

Tricia: What’s your ultimate dinner playlist?

POS: I actually don’t care for music when I’m eating. No need to start singing your favorite tune and reveal you got something stuck in your teeeth…Ya DIG!!!

CHAT: Thanks, Kelvin (Pos)! Looking forward to our next Sip, Chat, Chow adventure!
