Chef Suzanne Goin of Lucques Restaurant in West Hollywood will be the “leading lady in the kitchen” this Sunday for the 2011 SAG Awards Dinner.

Hollywood A-listers will feast on an eclectic menu of salmon, lentils, lamb and more!

CHOW:

Blood Orange Salad with Dates, Arugula and Parmesean

Beluga Lentils with Carrots, Pine Nuts and Feta

Slow-Roasted Lamb with Chickpeas, Black Olives and Feta Salsa Verde

Fresh Baked Herbed Crostini with Parmesan, Chopped Thyme and Parsley

Slow-Roasted King Salmon with Cucumbers, Yogurt and Ginger-Mint Chutney

SIP:

Celebs will sip on Dry Creek Vineyard’s exclusive 11th Anniversary SAG Awards Cabernet-based 2008 Cuvée, Dry Creek Vineyard’s 2009 Dry Creek Valley Sauvignon Blanc and Champagne Taittinger Brut La Française.
