Il Pastaio is a charming, casual Italian resto nestled in the heart of Beverly Hills. The European vibe and homemade pasta always hits the spot! The menu is simple and familiar but everything is done well! They have a great outdoor patio- perfect for people watching.

I had lunch there last week and it was very good!

The crew from Lure take it from the sea to the land of burgers and wine. Burger & Barrel rocks! It’s not your average burger joint. They have a great selection of food, and all kinds of burgers including a $45 truffle burger. I didn’t try it but friends say it’s off the hook!

The bustling resto is cozy with a classy, rustic atmosphere. Tasty apps, excellent burgers, good wine/beer , and cool beats (they had a killer playlist) is what a night at Burger & Barrel delivers!

Brunch in Beverly Hills at Bouchon was great! The upscale French bistro is well crafted – ambiance, outdoor seating, service and food are excellent.

The brunch menu is pretty straight forward, and the dishes are wonderfully done.

We had a fabulous evening at Red O!  The upscale Mexican resto (menu created by Rick Bayless) has all the fixin’s for a wonderful night- good food, tasty cocktails and a chill vibe. Beautifully and impeccably designed- the decor is cool, relaxed and chic.

The menu is broad, and offers a modern spin on traditional Mexican dishes. The bold flavors, top notch ingredients and amazing saucing produced pure “Food Porn” throughout the evening!

World-renowned chef Wolfgang Puck will be at the helm, in the kitchen for the 17th year- creating the menu for the Governors Ball, the celebration that follows the Academy Awards.

The 83rd Annual Academy Awards Governors Ball menu created by Puck and chef Matt Bencivenga is inspired by Latin flavors, from classic paella to coastal seafood, along with signature favorites such as smoked salmon Oscars and pastry chef Sherry Yard’s gold-dusted chocolate Oscars.

The 1,500 guests will feast on Sushi, Shellfish, California-inspired passed hors d’oeuvres such as Taro Root Tacos with Smoked Lobster, Avocado and Pickled Jalapeno. And for dinner, Puck’s signature salads, Pan Roasted Dover-Sole, Vegetable Paella and a lovely spread of desserts.

Plenty of Moët & Chandon, the exclusive champagne of the Oscars will also be served. Throughout the course of the night, approximately 1,200 bottles of Moët Imperial will be poured.
