I caught up with my girl Amber the other day when she was in New York and got her Sip, Chat, Chow! We had a lot to talk about because she has so much going on! She’s in talks with VH1 about a reality show, just signed on to be a part of the Foxxhole team- hosting a weekly radio show on Sirius XM, and so much more. It’s great to see her doing her thing. Congrats, QT! You deserve it all!

Amber loves to cook for her friends and family but when she’s ready for a night out- here are her favorite spots!

Check out Amber’s Sip, Chat, Chow :

Tricia: What’s your favorite SIP- restaurant or lounge that has a great wine and/or cocktail menu?

Amber: The view at the Boom Boom Room in NYC is crazy! Malibu Rum with Club Soda, Lemon and Lime always hits the spot.

Tricia (The Glam Foodie), Amber, Piper

Tricia: What’s your favorite CHAT- go-to restaurant when dining with friends and/or family?

Amber: Osteria Mozza in LA. There are so many goodies on the menu. The Gnocchi with Duck Ragu is full of flavor.

Tricia: What’s your favorite CHOW- restaurant for dinner?

Amber: When I’m in New York, I usually go to The Lion. I love the vibe and menu. The Chicken and Lobster Pot Pie are delish!

Tricia: What’s your current Chow Crave- restaurant that satisfies your current craving?

Amber: Philly Cheese Steaks from Geno’s! I grew up on them.

Tricia: What’s your favorite Brunch spot?

Amber: Balthazar in NYC- you can’t go wrong. After brunch, I usually walk through Soho and get a little shopping in.

In LA, Bouchon in Beverly Hills. Their brunch menu is ridiculous, there’s something for everyone.

Tricia: What’s your favorite junk food/candy?

Amber: Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups are the best. It’s a perfect balance- just the right amount of chocolate and peanut butter.

Tricia: I know you love to cook, so what’s your favorite dish to make?

Amber: Roasted Rosemary Chicken and Vegetables.

CHAT: Thanks, QT….it was fun! We’ll do dinner the next time you’re in NY unless I’m in LA before! ;)
