A Power Lunch At ABC Kitchen

Jean Georges delivers yet another gem, and this time it’s housed in the fabulous ABC Carpet with a farm-to-table theme. Food and shopping is a heavenly duo in my book so I applaud this partnership! Any meal at ABC Kitchen is worth having but today we’ll focus on lunch.

The rustic, chic dining room is reminiscent of a Nappa Valley experience. Everything from the chandeliers, to wooden accents, and antique china added to the modern and stylish decor. Jean Georges hits the mark on everything – perfect execution, flavors and creativity.  ABC Kitchen is simply divine and gets an A+! It’s a Sip, Chat, Chow fave because I always have a spectacularly delicious meal here- and it’s not terribly expensive!

CHOW FAVES:

Raw Diver Scallops- The serrano chilies and lime created a wonderful coating with a slight kick!

Snap Pea Salad with Parmesan Dressing- A well dressed salad.

Tuna Sashimi- Simple, fresh and flavorful.

Oven Roasted Maine Lobster- Unbelievably good!

Roasted Turkey Sandwich with Bacon- This wasn’t your average turkey sandwich and the fries were amazing!

Chicken Paillard- Moist chicken, fresh herbs and the tasty dressing made this a great lunch option.

Crab Toast- How can you go wrong with juicy, sweet crab meat layered on top of perfectly toasted bread. DELICIOUS!

THE SWEET SPOT:

Chocolate Bread Pudding- I should have opted for the sundae!

Macchiato- Love the china!
