Scenesters, celebs, suits and hipsters have descended upon the Mepa newcomer- Catch….and for good reason. The fellas from EMM Group deliver a tri-level spot for the ultimate seafood soiree with Top Chef Champ, Hung Huyn at the helm. The Meatpacking District was in need of a seafood scene, so I welcome the rustic yet chic resto with an open mind and palate.
The Mediterranean and Asian inspired menu with a bevy of shared plates comprised of fish, sushi and a complete raw bar is focused on interesting blends and preparations. And this approach transfers to their well conceived libations too. Service was on point, and the vibrant vibe was present throughout all floors!
Karl Lagerfeld has another chic collaboration to add to his illustrious list! To celebrate the 350th anniversary of the Château Rauzan-Ségla vineyard, Karl designed the label for the 2009 vintage. In true Karl fashion, he created a colorful and elegant sketch of the castle in the Margaux appellation of Bordeaux, France. Chanel acquired the winery in 1994 so it’s a family affair.
This is a Sip, Chat, Chow Exclusive from Yours Truly- The Glam Foodie (Tricia). Here’s my latest creation- Cereal Couture, that I conceived, styled and produced. It was inspired by my love of fashion, style and amazing food. I wanted to take something we all crave and give it a luxury lift. This tasty, chic collection gives a high-end, glam aesthetic to our favorite breakfast treats.
