At Home With The Glam Foodie & Celebrity Chef E. Dubble
I had an impromptu dinner party with a few friends a couple of weeks ago, and Chef E. Dubble put together quite a spread!
Edwin Charles Redway, affectionately known as “Chef E. Dubble” is a respected culinary artist trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London, England. Chef E. Dubble has catered an array of events for celebrities, professional athletes, corporations, and community organizations. His cuisine has been featured nationally on TMZ, GlobalGrind.com, local news stations across the country, and will soon be featured on espn.com. His catering and private chef services allow him to continue changing the world one tastebud at a time!
Chef E. Dubble prepared a special Sip, Chat, Chow Menu for us…..
Marinated Chicken Breast baked to perfection, cut on the bias, and covered with the Spice Wine Reduction Shiitake Sauce with Cherry Tomatoes and Chili Flakes.
Red Potato Mash- Garlic, Butter and Cream Sauce makes this one of the smoothest Mashed Potatoes you’ll ever have!
Pan Seared Sea Bass- Lightly pan seared Chilean Sea Bass finished in the oven to ensure a flaky texture and covered in a Creamy Lemon Butter Sauce.
Pound Berry- Mixed seasonal berries(strawberries, blackberries, raspberries) and a mint leaf reduced down and drizzled over a rich slice of pound cake topped with vanilla bean ice cream.
SIP: Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé Champagne (my new fave) & Truffles.
