The Vinatta Project
Only in MePa could you find a resto stocked with wine-filled vending machines. Vinatta Project (Mulberry Project’s sister resto) delivers Haute vibes! It’s perfect for large groups.
Even though I was a die-hard Florent fan, Vinatta Project doesn’t disappoint as the new resident of the space. There’s a wonderful selection of creative small plates (great for sharing) and divine cocktails crafted by skilled mixologists. They ask you what you like, and create an original cocktail for you.
Red Snapper Crudo- Light and fresh.
Wild Mushroom Rissoto Balls- A pop of goodness!
4 Cheese Mac & Cheese- Yummy!
Dry Aged Strip Loin- Well prepared.
Parmesan Truffle Fries
Brussels Sprouts- Standard.
Scallops- Bold and juicy.
Spicy Tuna Tataki- The corn tortilla added a nice texture to the tasty tuna.
Sea Bass- A great piece of fish.
Short Rib Sliders- Full of flavor.
Original Cocktail- Vodka, ginger, champagne and strawberry.
THE SWEET SPOT:
Vinatta Project- 69 Gansevoort St / 646-398-9125
