It’s been a while since I’ve had such an amazing dining experience. The food was fantastic! Chef Daniel Humm (formerly of Eleven Madison Park) exhibits an awesome display of inventive and well executed dishes. The service and decor were equally impressive.
We had the pleasure of dining in the Parlour which is off to the side of the atrium and lively bar area. It was dark and sexy with red textured fabrics, and perfectly lit.

La Promenade des Anglais is a great addition to Chelsea. The Mediterranean-French bistro-style resto delivers on all levels- a creative menu, wonderful service, and fashionable decor. Dinner here is definitely reminiscent of an evening on the French Riviera. There’s a heavy presence of elegance and glossy style.
A cocktail at the bar is a must- even if it’s just to admire the design. The journey will continue from there once you’re seated and begin to feast on dishes with interesting blends and preparations.

There’s no shortage of Spanish tapas spots in Chelsea, the area is flanked with good ones- Boqueria, Tia Pol, El Quinto Pino and Socarraat. So, Salinas had some stiff competition coming in…and they rose to the occasion!
The unique, airy Mediterranean vibe set in a loungy space with ocean blue banquettes and a retractable roof gives you the best of both worlds- indoor and outdoor dining. And the front bar area is perfect for cocktails and a few small bites.
The menu is packed with classic and seasonal tapas along with must-haves like paella.
